    This is my third one of these. This is different to the previous version. More lightweight. Wheels more flimsy and the handles are lighter too. I’ve used it 4 times and take care of it. Top handle sticking is falling apart. Disappointed. Will be asking for replacement.

    Love the case! Very well made, and feels high quality. Lots of useful features like a detachable washbag, separate compartment for laptop/business stuff, leaving the whole case free for clothes etc. Lock is slightly confusing but feels very secure, not that you’d need the TSA feature for cabin luggage….

    I am changing my rating from 2 start to 4 stars based on the immediate response from Samsonite in Egypt. They took it and fixed it on the spot with no questions asked. I am using and enjoying it really. I would give it 5 stars if it wasnt for the outermost compartment mentioned in my original review below. It is just a personal preference but there is nothing really bad about the bag itself. I recommend it for frequent/business travelers.

    Original review on May 10 2023: The bag itself is amazing for my needs. I am a frequent business traveller and i enjoy traveling with carry-ons only, and you can never go wrong with this one. But..the bag arrived with a broken zipper..i have Samsonites that has been with me for +10 years and this never happened. I use them to the max and i never witnessed a zipper getting broken, i’ve seen cuts in fabric for instance from the wear and tear but zippers breaking..never, and in a brand new one this was just a shocker. I went to Samsonite and left it there, they are currently fixing it.

    The pros are too many if you are a business traveller and you probably know it, so i will just summarize the things that went wrong:
    1- it arrived with a broken zipper,
    2- the guarantee was not dated or stamped,
    3- i wish the smallest outer compartment was not there and its space was utilized in the actual bag itself. I mean, laptop/tablet compartment i understand could be useful to many (not me, i just attached my laptop bag to my carryon) but the outermost one is somewhat redundant in my opinion.
