I bought this Cosori TurboBlaze air fryer as a replacement for my Cosori dual air fryer. It is brilliant to be honest. It is a 6L Compact Design with 9 Functions with a 5 Auto Fan Speeds Airflow System. It is fast and Energy Saving with a temperature range of 30℃ to 230℃. It is surprisingly quiet and so easy to use and clean. It comes with an app and has 110+ Recipes. Little to no oil required, Non-stick and Dishwasher Safe.

I didn’t realise just how much I would miss my dual drawer with windows but I do, I loved that machine also.
I have no hesitation in recommending either product, they are both incredible appliances and the customer service is simply exceptional. All in all I can’t find any reason criticise any product or service from Cosori.

So far I am pleased with my purchase. The item arrived on time and was well packaged. I must say that it was a pleasure to receive a product manual that was so clearly written and nicely presented. A company that puts that kind of effort into its print materials surely gives full consideration to its product.
The air fryer has a great build and is easy to wipe down after use. The basket and grill plate can go in the dishwasher. The controls are very accessible and intuitive.
I made quesadillas as my first effort and just did clean up with a dry paper towel. I had ordered parchment liners but they arrived the next day. The 8X8 squares are a perfect fit for the 6 qt. basket.
Cosori includes some recipes but since I am new to air fryers I ordered an air fryer cookbook from Amazon. Will report on the book here after I use it a few times.
UPDATE which includes 3 photos: I purchased the Air Fryer Cookbook for Beginners by Olivia Windrow. It has some good recipes including international. I didn’t count but quite a few are of Asian origen. The directions are clear but there are no photos inside. The paper is non-slick off white with a grayed ink font about size 12. This is all manageable. I didn’t mind the typos or the fact it may have been written or edited by someone with English as a second language. What I didn’t like was the Index. The first thing I looked up was french toast. It wasn’t listed under its recipe title, or french toast. Rather it was listed under BREAD. The index is organized around whatever the author designates as the main ingredient of the dish. The Table of Content (sic) is divided into categories such as Morning Favorites, Juicy Meat Dishes, Perfect Veggies and Sides, and Quick Bites and Appetizers. It also has introductory sections about air frying in general.
My recommendation is to save your $. I have found everything I wanted to know on the internet. I made crispy buffalo wings, but arrived at my own recipe after looking at several on line. And, all of them have pictures which I find helpful. If you have Kindle you can access this book at little or no cost.
The Basher –
After some internet research, decided on this make and model. Bought in the Black Friday sale at great price. I now use the air fryer pretty much everyday. This 6l model is big enough to cook a medium sized meat joint and some vegetables at the same time. Cooks brilliantly, very efficient and easy to clean.

I spent a long time reading and watching reviews of air fryers before coming to the conclusion that this was the best one for our needs which was to use in our caravan (trailer) so didn’t want something too big. We took it home to use just to see how we’d get on with it and found that despite having 2 multi function ovens including steam, microwave, and a multitude of other things, the air fryer is so quick, convenient and useful in addition to those that we decided to get one for home and after doing some more research as this was a slightly different scenario, we still ended up with the same model. It gets used all the time and although to put things into perspective whilst you can use it for so many different things, there’s no point in using it when a conventional oven or microwave can give as good or better results. Having said that, we’ve done cakes, muffins etc and had great results. One other thing. My wife tried it for soft boiled eggs and after having done them in it a number of times, we’ve never had the same, consistent results when done in water which is with the yolk slightly runny.

Consegna e imballo al top. Nella confezione troviamo un manuale che ci illustra bene il prodotto e le sue funzionalità in maniera molto chiara. Presenti nello stesso manuale anche un buon numero di ricette per i primi esperimenti. Una volta tolto l’ imballo ci si ritrova un elettrodomestico molto gradevole grazie alla sue tinte opache. Cestello robusto e antiaderente sul serio, infatti la sua pulizia risulta rapida e veloce. Premetto che è la mia prima friggitrice ad aria e all’ inizio è necessario familiarizzare con l’ apparecchio perché è di un potenza davvero impressionante. Cuoce in tempi rapidissimi praticamente di tutto. Io ci riscaldo il pane in 1 minuto e in due minuti si preparano delle bruschette perfette. Le costine di maiale sono venute fuori perfette, morbide all’ interno e croccanti all’ esterno, in solo 7 minuti. Davvero impressionante. Fino ad ora non ha sbagliato un colpo e ,benché io sia alle prime armi, mi ha già fatto dimenticare tutti gli scetticismi iniziali. È una settimana che non utilizzo il forno tradizionale e le portate realizzate risultano molto leggere, non ho infatti ancora utilizzato una goccia di olio! Il risparmio è considerevole rispetto ad un forno tradizionale dato che è pronta in 4 minuti per la cottura dei cibi e molto veloce nell’ esecuzione. Non ho più parole, per me al momento e davvero una splendida soluzione!

We’ve been using this product for a while now, over six months. The first thing that caught our attention was how silent this thing is. We were suspicious about it, because you barely notice it’s on so we weren’t sure if it would cook/fry things well, but after using it we noticed right away that it works much better than our previous XXL Philips one. It has a lot of presets, the beep is not too loud, super happy with it.

We have owned a number of airfryers over the last 10 years that have varied in useability, ease of cleaning etc. The cheaper ones do not seem to last. This unit is robust, very easy to use with sensible controls, clearly visible information screen and soft touch ‘buttons’. It is provided with a range of basic in built options but is entirely flexible. It even goes down as low as 30 degrees C which bakers will find usefull for proving. It is very easy to clean, both the rack for the food and the basket are non-stick and can go in the dishwasher. It is pretty quiet in use others we had had were much noisier. This is possibly the easiest unit we have had to keep clean. I would have given it 5 stars only I think it was a bit expensive for a fryer with only a single compartment.

Después de varias semanas de uso, puedo decir que esta freidora de aire cumple con lo que promete. Se calienta rápido y cocina los alimentos de manera uniforme, logrando una textura crujiente sin necesidad de aceite. Su capacidad de 6L es suficiente para preparar comidas en cantidad sin necesidad de hacer varias tandas.
El diseño es moderno y los materiales parecen de buena calidad. Se limpia fácilmente, ya que las piezas son aptas para lavavajillas. Un punto a mejorar es que ocupa bastante espacio en la encimera, pero es algo normal en este tipo de freidoras. En general, una buena compra si buscas rapidez y facilidad en la cocina.

I upgraded to this version form the 5.5L Cosori air fryer and I am in heaven. bigger, really enjoy the removable tray(not an option on the 5.5l) the basket screws are bigger and looks much better secured. Very silent. the 230C max temp makes cooking much better than the 205C on the 5.5l. The dispaly is big and eay to use and looks modern. I don’t have any complaints.

Great product – received very quickly – it is very easy to use and very easy to clean – there are plenty of cookbooks around for recipes and the food cooks very well, including very crispy chips and browned chops.

This is my first Air Fryer. I love it. It looks good and is straightforward to use. Although a larger volume could be useful, I really like the compactness of this one – its ideal for cooking snacks and small meals such as chicken wings.
