I’m absolutely thrilled with my new sofa! It was incredibly easy to assemble—just a few screws, and it was ready to go. The quality is excellent, especially for the price, and it looks fantastic in my living room. The delivery process was also top-notch. So firstly the sofa is lovely, it’s big without being huge and imposing, the sleep area when pulled out makes a very decent double sized bed , the storage holds pillows, a double mattress topper and a big thick blanket easily
However ….
The delivery was horrendous, please be aware that this company is based in Lancashire (or Manchester depends who you ask ) and if you live in the south ( Sussex) they will likely get to you around 10-11pm at night and use power tools to assemble , this is also at extra cost in cash and extra if you don’t live on the ground floor
3 months after buying this, the arm fell off the sofa! Upon inspection seemed like it was held together by a staple , they did come back ( they tried to charge me again however ) where they informed me that the previous fitters missed 3 screws, again this was very late at night ( 9.15pm)
Not good if you live in a block of flats where young children also live
I recommend the sofa but not this delivery company unless you live in the middle of England or can accommodate a late night delivery

Thankyou to Dan who was my salesman and made sure everything was going well. Sofa is better than expected and glad i ordered this as my family loves it. I also had mentioned missing a few parts and then got them deliver within two days.
Only downside was that delivery was very late and came at an unusual time, I have a one year old, it would be better to arrange an earlier slot before 7pm for all customers.

This is a great sofa/sofa bed. It’s pretty easy to put together. I was able to do it 1 person but 2 would be easier. It’s great quality . Quite firm. Soft material. The sofa bed part comes out smoothly and is as big as a double bed . I did have delivery issues and slight damage to a part of the sofa which is not seen because of the delivery but the customer service from the seller was beyond excellent. I would not have got this level of customer service from a high street store. The issues I had were resolved really quickly with a complete understanding of them on me as a customer. Great colour. Great price. Can’t fault it

My sofa arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Alex was wonderful! sofa couldn’t fit he helped my partner remove the front door to get it in.
I have had it now for over a week and it looks great, is comfortable and I not regret my purchase at all. 1 solid sofa. Thanks guys

I don’t normally leave reviews but just had to on this occasion. This sofa is absolutely amazing. Such good value. The quality and finish are excellent and super comfy. Didn’t realise you could order direct from the seller, as I only came across this on Amazon – in hindsight I would have done as I think there waa a discount code available and probably would have gotten better communication. Communication on delivery was left a bit late in my opinion but they did still ring/text and confirmed a day and time. Arrived half an hour late but understandable given you could pay for assembly upon arrival and how finicky it can be sometimes to bring in a sofa through the house. Cannot fault the 2 delivery guys – they were exceptional and a credit to the team. There was a struggle to get the final piece through the door but it didn’t phase the guys one bit and even helped my partner in removing the front door. Very happy with the purchase and really appreciate all the help in getting it in the house!

This sofa is amazing quality and price great storage and very easy to put together makes in to a very good size double bed the delivery was less the 48 hours from the Saturday we ordered it
